Many thanks, Sergay, Several years ago I acquired approximately 1000 Magic Lantern slides; the dates of these range from c.1880-1920. Not all were captioned on the paper mattes sandwiched between the two pieces of glass, the photo printed on an emulsion on the inside, bottom piece of glass. I have been restoring the images one-by-one, and am currently re-restoring some of the initial restorations. I continue to refine my process … a tedious but wonderful labor of love.
