A Macarthur Gurmankin

(a.k.a) "A. Macarthur" a name acquired as a technology consultant working with inner-city public school teachers, teaching the use of MAC (Apple Macintosh) computers as "the preferred" tool for student desk-top publishing projects. After two weeks in that position, teachers who were calling me "Arthur," started calling me "MAC-Man," then MAC-arthur and finally, combining my actual first name initial "A" with the Macarthur, a "screen" name that stuck as "A. Macarthur." Retired Newspaper Editor and Professional Educator; Organized Labor Representative, Contract Language Negotiator, Writer/Enforcer. Currently a Photographer, Digital Artist, Painter.
